The project examines the transformative potential of current technological developments concerning the dissolution of gender-specific pre-coding, with a particular focus on the dimensions of corporeality.
Sociological and philosophical theories, historical sources, and artistic works form the basis for an analysis of the persistence of patriarchal structures of violence, which explicitly target female bodily autonomy, drawing parallels between the historical witch hunts in Central Europe and present-day societal structures.
The potential of cyberspace as a resonance space for feminist utopias and societal transformation is explored. In response to these themes, an artistic work emerges in the form of text elements, video, and virtual spaces.
